How to Accept Delivery on GigLovin

After a freelancer completes your order on GigLovin, you’ll receive a delivery notification. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, it’s important to review the submitted work or product before confirming acceptance.

Follow the steps below to accept a delivery:

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Open the GigLovin app or website.
  • Enter your login credentials (email/username and password).
  • Click Log In to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Go to Your Dashboard

  • Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard if you’re not already there.
  • The dashboard displays a summary of your orders and account activity.

Step 3: Open “My Order”

  • From the dashboard menu, click on “My Order”.
  • This section lists all the orders you have placed.

Step 4: Select the Order You Want to Accept

  • Browse the list of orders to find the one that has been delivered.
  • Click on “Order Details” next to the order you want to review and accept.

Step 5: Review the Delivery

  • On the Order Details page, scroll to the Work Submission section.
  • Carefully check the submitted work, product files, or service.
  • Make sure everything matches your original requirements.

Step 6: Accept the Delivery

  • Once satisfied, click the “Accept” button in the Work Submission section.
  • This action confirms that the work is complete and satisfactory.
  • The payment will then be released to the freelancer.

Important Note

  • Always verify the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the service or product before clicking Accept.
  • If there are any issues, you may request revisions or contact support before accepting.
