Launch Offer (Limited Time)
To celebrate our launch, we’re offering reduced fees for both buyers and sellers:
- Buyer Fee: 1.5% of the order value.
- Seller Fee: 1.5% of the order value.
- Withdrawal Fee: ৳0 (Free during the launch period).
Withdrawal Timelines
- Mobile Banking (MSF): Withdrawals will be processed within 2 working day.
- Bank Transfer: Withdrawals will be processed within 2 working days.
Important Conditions
- Hold Requests: If a buyer requests to hold funds for any reason, GiGLovin will investigate the matter. During this time, withdrawals related to the transaction will also be temporarily held for safety and resolution.
- Incorrect Withdrawal Information: If you provide incorrect withdrawal details and the withdrawal has already been processed, GiGLovin will not be responsible for any loss of funds. Please double-check your information before initiating a withdrawal.
- Buyer Disputes: Any dispute raised by a buyer will not be considered after 3 days of the delivery being approved. Ensure you check and confirm deliveries promptly.
Taxes
Applicable taxes will be calculated based on local regulations and displayed at the time of checkout or withdrawal.
