How to Send a Custom Order on GigLovin

GigLovin allows freelancers to send custom offers tailored to the unique needs of each client. This feature is perfect for negotiating special tasks, custom pricing, or flexible delivery timelines outside standard gigs.

Follow the steps below to send a custom order:


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Open the GigLovin app or website.
  • Enter your email/username and password.
  • Click Log In to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Go to the Dashboard

  • Once logged in, you will be directed to your Dashboard.
  • If not, click the Dashboard button from the main menu.

Step 3: Open the Message Section

  • In the left or bottom navigation panel, tap on “Messages”.
  • This will open your chat history with clients.

Step 4: Select the Client Chat

  • Find and open the chat with the client you want to send a custom offer to.

Step 5: Click on “Send Offer”

  • Inside the chat box, locate the “Send Offer” button or option.
  • Click on it to open the custom offer form.

Step 6: Fill Out the Offer Details

Complete the custom offer form with the following details:

  • Offer Price – Enter the total amount for the custom job.
  • Pay Type – Choose whether it’s a fixed price or hourly rate.
  • Revisions – Set how many revisions are included.
  • Delivery Time – Select the expected time to complete the task.
  • Description – Write a clear and concise description of what you’re offering.

Step 7: Send the Offer

  • Once all fields are filled in, click the “Send Offer” button.
  • Your custom offer will be sent directly to the client for review.

Important Notes

  • Only freelancers can send custom offers.
  • Clients can accept or reject custom offers.
  • Clients can manage all offers from the “My Offers” section in the dashboard.
